About Course

Selenium is an open-source web browser automation tool. It provides a single interface for writing test scripts in a variety of computer languages, including Ruby, Java, NodeJS, PHP, Perl, Python, and C#.

A local end (‘client’) of the WebDriver protocol sends commands (test script) to a browser-specific driver. On its browser instance, the driver executes these commands. If the test script specifies Chrome and Firefox for execution, the ChromeDriver will run the test on Chrome and the GeckoDriver will run the test on Firefox.
